Haiti Health Ministries collaborates with Christianville Foundation to run the Christianville Medical Clinic and provide free care to the 1200 students in Christianville's school system, as well as, all their employees, missionairies, university students, and those in programs for the indigent in the area.

In January of 2006, Jim and Sandy Wilkins arrived after 7 years in the west of Haiti to begin working at the medical clinic.  The clinic has grown from 1 doctor working 3 days a week to a staff of 15 health care providers including four doctors and a PA.  The clinic now includes patient care, patient education, laboratory, pharmacy, sonography, radiology, and minor surgery.

The clinic sees over 30,000 patients per year.  The gospel is presented clearly to the patients and their families daily.  Those who accept Christ receive literature discipleship courses and are referred to local evangelical churces.  The clinic has produced health education videos that patients watch while waiting to see the doctor.  The clinic also shows evangelistic films including the Jesus film.  Patients are cared for regardless of their ability to pay.  Those who require hospital admission, and are unable to pay, receive aide.

You can help the medical clinic too.  Come volunteer, bring needed supplies, or donate to buy Bibles, milk, medicines, bandages and other supplies.
